Directions Materials : size 8 16" circular needle, dbl point for the last rows if they don't fit on the needle, 200 yds worsted wool.

Cast on 84, 88 or 92 sts (depending on size needed). Work in K2, P2 ribbing for 10 inches (7 inches if you don't want a fold over brim). Decrease by K2, P2tog around. Work 4 more rows. K2tog, P1 around. Work another 4 rows. K2 tog around. Cut yarn and thread through remaining stitches. Finish off. Pom Pom may be added if desired.
